Who Should They Be?

I have read there is an old Persian saying that, translated to English, reads:

He who knows and knows that he knows is a wise man: follow him.

He who knows and knows not that he knows is asleep: awaken him.

He who knows not and knows that he knows not is a child: teach him.

He who knows not and knows not that he knows not is a fool: shun him.

So here is my question: which group best describes who EPIC’s clients are?
